By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of pricing errors, stock problems or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Prices do not include import duties or local taxes, which may be charged on delivery depending on your country.
3. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
4. Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund and Return Policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
5. Product descriptions
We try to display colours and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may show them slightly differently. Jewellery finishes described as gold-tone or silver-tone are plated, not solid precious metal. Keep jewellery dry and avoid contact with perfume and chemicals to help the finish last.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
